Rates reflect the time reserved and the personal, attentive nature of every arrangement.
A 30% deposit is required to secure every booking. The remaining balance and practical arrangements are confirmed privately in advance.
Where travel or an overnight stay is required, reasonable transport and accommodation costs are agreed separately before the booking is confirmed.
Timing, location, costs and expectations are discussed clearly, allowing the experience itself to remain relaxed and unhurried.
Theo is based in Newcastle upon Tyne and is available in London or Edinburgh with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Travel throughout Europe and further afield can be arranged for longer bookings by agreement.
